I got no confirmation of my order and the email they give on the site bounced back (for "sue"). All I got was a survey.
Merchant reply by John 3 months ago I'm sorry for the inconvenience but with the the snow storms we are a bit behind checking into issues like this. The good news is we only send requests for feedback once an orders is placed.. I can confirm we do have your order. You should have received an order confirmation. I can't see remotely why you didn't get the confirmation but I will check on this when our office reopens. It is possible your email service provider put the confirmation into a spam or junk mail folder. If you haven't already checked there, please do so. The Sue receives notice of any bounced confirmation which is probably what your service provider hotmail did. We will follow up once we reopen but for now rest assure we do have your order..

Wish I Could Have Anticipated Limited Availability

Easy to locate desired product in proper quantity. Want to replant areas around patio construction that lost all grass. Renovation took longer than expected and missed window of ordering for 2023. Getting a spot in line early this season to guarantee delivery.
