Confused

Found the email confirming the order confusing. It starts by saying "We are no longer harvesting or shipping grass products to Texas." As I am from Texas, to me, this means my order is rejected. But then it goes on to say I will be billed when the order is shipped. Enough time has now passed for the order to be shipped, but I have heard no more from them. So I am now left wondering whether I can expect a delivery or not.

We have your order and it is scheduled for shipment later today or tomorrow. We had heavy rain over the weekend which caused a couple of days delay in harvesting your order. Back on track now. Again sorry for any confusion we caused. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is scanned onto the truck.
