great product, just looking to get rid of a few weeds.

BEAUTIFUL LAWN

I simply love the product, it takes about three years for it to spread and fully take over the area, but it is the most beautiful grass ever; the fertilizer helps tremendously.

so far so good

Easy enough to check out and order, seems a little slow starting the plugs, but Im so interested in this grass with less mowing and less watering, out here in Hot California.. Looks like couple 3x3s are not going to make it, all straw like, others are showing greening.

I have made a note in your customer file that "couple" of the Super Plugs might not make it and will need replacing. Sounds like you are keeping an eye on everything and once we get into next spring let us know if any didn't make it and we will get you free replacements in our shipment to California come April.

Purchased Zoysia a couple of years ago and it is flourishing and growing, take little care and watering. Current grass is fescue, and does NOT do well in high temperatures and humidity - but Zoysia does. I used my order form from the last order and will receive my Zoysia in the Spring. Thanks for your service.

sent the grass plugs needed late in the season, they did not have to ,I requested they send the plug s , good service

Could improve the ordering process by saying when you are going to ship Before the order is placed. Also make it easier to obtain replacements for plugs that died.

We want our customers to get the freshest grass possible. Sometimes weather will prevent us from harvesting for a couple of days. That makes it difficult to be specific on when an order will ship, but a call to our customer service team will give you the latest information on shipping. For any plugs that fail to grow, a call to the customer service team will start and complete the process to get you your replacements. One call will do it. Usually takes only a few minutes. It is a 100% guarantee to replace any plugs that fails to grow - totally free of charge. Customer service is available year round Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM eastern.
