Improve erosion

Very prompt delivery and after a week, the plugs are becoming green. The area that I was having difficulty with seeding because of the slope with my seeds and straw was being washed away. After placement of the plugs we had 2 heavy rain but the plugs did not wash away.

Instructions and delivery were excellent. Planting first time took a while. Trying to closely follow instructions. The second order worked like a charm.

Disappointed with the way my order of 8 trays of super plugs arrived.

I ordered 3 trays of super plugs sometime in May and they were great, they immediately took as they arrived in good shape. I decided to order 8 trays in June based on that experience, but unfortunately the super plugs arrived extremely dried and only half of my super plugs took. I waited several months before leaving feedback to allow for the possibility that the roots were dormant, but it's obvious by now the half of my plugs are dead, as they arrived in bad shape. The plugs were planted the same day they arrived and were cared for properly (watered daily). I understand that some browning of the plugs is expected, but what I didn't expect was roots that where so dry that wouldn't survive at all.

I can see it only took one day to get to you so it is very unusual for anything to dry out that quickly, but almost anything in nature can happen and it sounds like in your case it did. I don't see any notes with the order that they arrived dry so this is the first we are learning of this and the first opportunity to make things right for you. Costs to much

Not make the product so expensive
Merchant reply by John 1 day ago Thank you for your feedback. Since the precut Super Plugs were introduced we have never taken a price increase. We work very hard at finding internal cost savings every year to offset the external price increases we receive from outside suppliers. The external price pressures on packaging, farm equipment, labor, fuel, transportation, plant and soil management products, are quite substantial. We will continue to work hard at selling a quality product but I fear prices will not be going down anytime soon. Thanks again for sharing your view.

Great company but could not use previous customer status.

I have been a previous customer. I have received e-mail during the past year with some incentives. When ordering this time on 7/30/21 there was no way I could log on to my existing account to see if their was any incentives for placing this order.

Extremely disappointed with the Company/Product

Deliver a living product that will grow. The super plugs were delivered in a damaged box, the soil was extremely dry and fell off the plugs roots when I removed them from the box. When the box was delivered I opened it immediately and water the plugs. They were planted the next day in good soil and none of them survived. I followed the instructions I received from the company to the letter yet none survived. Obviously the product was bad.
Merchant reply by John 1 day ago This is the very first we are learning of any issue with your order. We were not aware it arrived in a damaged box or that it was unusually dry. Growing anything can be difficult but if it arrives compromised it just makes it that much more difficult. I have asked customer service to reach out to you to start the replacement process as your order is fully guaranteed to grow or replaced free. As simple as that.
