Visit our Retail Store

Our retail store in Taneytown, Maryland, traditionally opens for pickups starting the last week of March, and closes in the middle of September.

To assure we have enough freshly harvested Amazoy zoysia available, store pickup orders must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Your order will be available between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through Friday for pickup (Saturday morning pickup is available in April & May).

Please call Customer Service at 410-756-2311 between 8 am and 4 pm (Monday through Friday) to place an order for store pick up.

Refund and Replacement Policies

Living Grass Plug Plants

Plugs are guaranteed to grow new green shoots within 45-60 days or we'll replace them FREE — for up to 1 year — just call us. Guarantee is valid on one order at a time, typically the most recent. We ONLY ship you living genuine Amazoy Zoysia grass harvested direct from our farms. Easy planting and watering instructions are included with each order.

Non-Live Products (tools, plant foods, herbicides, etc.)

If you are not satisfied with any non-live product, return the item within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund of the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping). Items must be returned (at customer's expense) in new, unused and resalable condition, in the original packaging to obtain a refund. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt for shipping instructions. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of a valid return.
