The website is very informative and easy to understand

We are looking forward to getting the product and seeing how it preforms in our yard! Order process is easy.

i have bought several times before. the grass is hardy only problem is delivery date. I need to know within two weeks when i expect delivery. I would like to take a spring vacation but worry about delivery coming while gone.

I received the grass today and it look very DRY. No green anywhere.

The grass arrived today (4 March 2024). It did not look very healthy; both the roots and tops were brown. I misted per company instructions and will plant tomorrow. All grass was very DRY. I contacted Zoysia Farms and they noted my concerns.
Merchant reply by John 2 months ago This time of year the grass is still in its winter dormant state. That is a great way to ship the grass while it is still sleeping. Once planted in your warmer soil, given a little water and sunlight, it will naturally wake up, start growing new roots and send up new green blades of grass. The latter is what to watch for as initially the activity is below ground with the new roots. Zoysia does everything a bit slowly so be patient as we are very early in the growing season at the moment. Just a reminder, the brown grass is last years growth so it does not turn green but will in time blow away and become organic matter for your yard.

Online shopping for your lawn made pleasurable.

Websight is very thorough and helps understand the benefits of zoysa lawns. I order plugs annually to fill holes my pets leave. (LOL).

I didn't receive my whole order I only received the fertilizer I guess I have to wait for the grass until it's planting season

We want customers to be successful and that is why we do not ship grass orders until planting conditions are right in your area. The Nutri 20 fertilizer was shipped in advance partly so you have it and because you might be fertilizing other plants, shrubbery or even house plants. Glad you already have the fertilizer and just as soon as it warms up a bit, your grass will be on its way. Thanks for your feedback.

The Website explains in detail the different options for planting Zoysia from seed to Super Plugs.

It sounds like you are going to get a nice head start on the hole making for the plugs. Provided Mother Nature cooperates and the fields are dry enough for harvesting into next week I think you should see your grass by mid March. Happy planting.
