Order short and quality low.

I order 20 trays of plugs. This is my 3rd order from Zoysia farms. So far I have only received 10 trays. The plugs I have had to use garden shears to cut. I don't think 50% of the 10 trays will make it as there was little or no soil with the plugs.

We have put in a claim to FedEx as they seem to have lost one of the two boxes we sent you. Your replacement for the missing grass is being processed. The grass this time of year doesn't always look its best as it is mainly still in winter dormancy but it is still the best and most successful time of year to plant Zoysia. We have noted your comments and they are part of our review with the production team this week. Thank you for helping us to be better.

First Order of Zoysia

The site was easy and it was clear what was being ordered. The only that was unclear was the discount. However, I've seen Zoysia grass used by a neighbor and yes, it turns brown in the winter but it's beautiful in the warm months. I'm looking forward to my shipment.

As to the discount, all savings(discounts) are based on the total savings compared to the aggregate value of the base package to the one purchased. You save when you purchase bigger packages. Commonly described as a - buy more save more approach. Hope that helps.

Easy way to plant my lawn!

Site was super easy to navigate. Order was placed within minutes. The explanation of the process and cautions on use were very helpful!
