Confused

Found the email confirming the order confusing. It starts by saying "We are no longer harvesting or shipping grass products to Texas." As I am from Texas, to me, this means my order is rejected. But then it goes on to say I will be billed when the order is shipped. Enough time has now passed for the order to be shipped, but I have heard no more from them. So I am now left wondering whether I can expect a delivery or not.
Merchant reply by John 1 month ago Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize as your order was received just as we were changing over to start shipping to your state and the message had not been edited to reflect that. We have your order and it is scheduled for shipment later today or tomorrow. We had heavy rain over the weekend which caused a couple of days delay in harvesting your order. Back on track now. Again sorry for any confusion we caused. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is scanned onto the truck.

Have yet to be informed when they will ship and really can't give a review until I have received the merchandise.

All the information on planting and ordering was really thorough and easy !

so far so good - customer service replied immediately but I don't have plugs yet due to weather so waiting but you communicate well which is important thanks
Merchant reply by John 1 month ago That is wonderful to hear. We work very hard a providing good customer service. I can see your order on our harvesting schedule but it is quite far down the report. We have had a lot of rain and our field were too wet to harvest for about 5 days. We are back harvesting but I think it will be early next week before your order leaves. We plan to work right through until we are caught up. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. Happy planting.

Website is easy to understand and order from. All the information needed is shown and explained. Disappointed I won't received the product until May due to my state of Idaho. But I do understand why.

Yes agriculture regulations and inspections can be a little frustrating to deal with but they are for the overall good. One more assurance of the quality product we sell. I note a number of others just don't ship to states that require pre inspection by agriculture departments.
