Confused
Found the email confirming the order confusing. It starts by saying "We are no longer harvesting or shipping grass products to Texas." As I am from Texas, to me, this means my order is rejected. But then it goes on to say I will be billed when the order is shipped. Enough time has now passed for the order to be shipped, but I have heard no more from them. So I am now left wondering whether I can expect a delivery or not.

so far so good - customer service replied immediately but I don't have plugs yet due to weather so waiting but you communicate well which is important thanks

Website is easy to understand and order from. All the information needed is shown and explained. Disappointed I won't received the product until May due to my state of Idaho. But I do understand why.
