Ordering was as easy as it gets

I had a problem with receiving a confirmation email but the girls in the office quickly took care of the problem they are awesome.
Merchant reply by John 16 days ago We see sometimes that emails going through the SBCglobal email system don't get delivered. Not quite sure why that is. They might be able to tell you. I have heard that adding us to your safe sender or address book can help eliminate that happening. Thanks for the feedback and pat on the back.

Took a chance and was rewarded

I read many negative reviews, so I decided to investigate. I concluded that the ad reviews were about a different Zoysia company with a similar name. Three days later I received the package and now I have 30 plugs in the ground.

We only grow and sell Zoysia grass. It makes us pretty knowledgeable about what we sell. We are here year round to help customers be successful. Thanks again.

Need to provide better customer service.

I ordered my 2lb seeds almost two weeks ago and have not received an update on the shipping date. I sent an email and no response for over a week.
Merchant reply by John 26 days ago The supply of Zoysia seed is again limited this year and our supply was exhausted in August. There is a bright yellow post on the website seed page that we are out of sock but orders placed now for seed will ship in 2022 as soon as available. We are holding any orders placed post mid August to be first in line when supplies arrive. I'm sorry you missed the notice on the page about this situation. We anticipate supplies to be limited again in 2022 but we are happy to cancel you order if you wish. I see customer service has already responded to both your phone and emails messages left after the close of business last Friday also detailing the seed information. We are here Monday to Friday from 8 to 4:30 eastern time for phone calls and generally answer all emails the same day or next business day if it arrives after hours.

Quick and easy now hopefully it spreads quick!

We have never used grass plugs before thought it was worth a try. It was super easy and quick to order the grass plugs and they arrived in fairly quick. The auger was a bit of a joke but we used one we bought at Lowes and that worked great for planting.

Once it establishes a new root system in your yard it will start to spread. How quickly it will totally fill in is primarily a function of how far apart the plugs are planted and the length of the growing season in your state. Fortunately you live in a southern state so your season is quite long. A little patience initially while it develops new roots is sometimes the hardest part but the end result is worth the wait. Thanks again.
