I've used them before over the years for Zoysia related products. As long as you're mindful that they're a specific product entity it should temper expectations. Ordering & shipping are certainly much slower, and the cost comparison between some products and big box stores can be mind boggling.

We appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback. All the related products we provide have been tested by us on Zoysia Grass and we can attest to their effectiveness and but even more importantly, they are safe to use on Zoysia lawns. We have seen many failures that have the potential to ruin a Zoysia lawn. We hear about it all to often. We don't sell those! I don't believe "big Box" provide that level of service or particularly care if a product is safe for your type of grass. They leave that totally to you. Many people don't read labels so we do that for you and then test. We don't have the buying power of big box stores but we believe we care about your lawn just a bit more. Thanks for the opportunity to detail an alternative perspective.

They knew it was too early to send to my growing zone and sure enough we had a cold snap! A couple of weeks later my shipment came and I got the plugs planted at the right time

Knowing when to ship is not a very precise science so we spend a lot of time looking at weather forecasts and doing the best we can to help customers be successful. Your region is one of the most difficult to predict and we have learned to be careful before shipping there. Glad we got it right for you! Being a small supplier allows us to do just a bit extra for our customers.

I spent $760 buying a bunch of their plugs, along with fertilizer and drill attachment last spring. They arrived dried out, looking pretty much dead. They would fall apart when I picked them up. Oh....they were also not separated, meaning lots more work to cut them apart. I called the company, and they refunded me $200 and sent me some more "free" plugs...which were similarly dried out and falling apart. I put in a ton of work to plant everything they sent. I fertilized and watered religiously. And now, nearly a year later, I have absolutely zero growth...nothing. And the company refuses to refund me any more money. I strongly recommend not buying zoysia plugs from Zoysia Farms. Don't waste your money and time, as I did.

A year ago in April 2023 after hearing of your displeasure about your order and to resolve the situation quickly, we agreed to a replacement and refund of the grass part of your order. This was beyond our guarantee but was done to resolve the situation totally so there would be no lingering element for either party. You agreed to this as the right solution for you and we agreed to do this with the understanding that this would be the final solution with no additional action on our part.
