Product and service

The site is easy to navigate and the product has worked for us in the past. It was a little on the dry side, but I expect it will come out of it with proper care. I wish that Zoysia would email a copy of the order or allow me to search on the site by previous orders placed. I cannot locate my order anywhere. It would be helpful.

very Dissappointed

I ordered 90 super plugs, all I got was 72. 6 trays with 12 plugs. Two of the trays were bone dry. When I ordered LAST YEAR got all the pugs I ordered and they were all very moist.

We were a bit confused as this is all machine harvested and processed and no plugs were actually missing from the 6 trays. The pictures help clear the situation. Thanks.
